If you're serving in the area of magnification (whether you wear that official badge or something different) the chances are that you feel like no one - even your leader or supervisor - quite gets what it is you actually do in your church!
That's why we're keen to encourage Magnify hangouts - a time and place to be among others that get it. To skip the definitional small talk, and get down to how we can encourage and spur one another on.
