		Mike Raiter Mike is the Principal of the Bible College of Victoria. Previously, he was Head of the Department of Mission at Moore College in Sydney. Mike is married to Sarah and they have 4 children (Joel, Nate, Pippa and Lauren). Mike has been involved with mission for the past 25 years. His first experience with mission was teaching the children of missionaries at Murree Christian School in Pakistan. After completing his theological studies back in Australia Mike, now with Sarah and the beginnings of a family, returned to Pakistan to be involved in theological education. The Raiters returned to Sydney in 1997 to establish the mission department at Moore College. To keep fit Mike likes to wrap his mind around cryptic crosswords, sudokus and thriller novels. He is the author of the 2004 Australian Christian Book of the Year, Stirrings of the Soul.

		Nicky Chiswell Nicky is an experienced singer and songwriter who writes and performs songs of depth and maturity. Nicky’s solo music reflects an honest vulnerability that engages with audiences because they are grounded in reality. Nicky has recorded a number of albums and performs at numerous missions, conferences and local churches. Nicky has also written a large number of songs for singing by congregations including songs like “Behold the Lamb of God” and music for “My Hope is Built on Nothing Less”. Currently, Nicky is the Music Director at Glen Waverley Anglican Church and is also part of EMU Music. Nicky will be presenting an interactive band workshop called “Pulling it all Together”.
